Water Tank Welding Machine

The LQJN-H10000 smart water tank welding machine is a hydrogen-oxygen water welder. It has a rated power of 30 kW and operates on 380 V electricity. The machine requires only water as fuel, using pure or distilled water, and consumes approximately 5.3 liters per hour. Gas output is adjustable from 0 to 11,000 liters per hour, producing a hydrogen-oxygen flame reaching 2800°C.

It is ideal for motor lead welding and small to medium metal parts. Measuring 1500 mm long, 910 mm wide, and 1990 mm high, and weighing 960 kg, it features a stable, space-saving design. The machine is also suitable for ampoule sealing, quartz glass tube sealing, refrigeration copper tube welding, enameled wire welding, transformer copper busbar welding, aluminum welding, furnace combustion, and steel cutting, handling a wide range of precision welding jobs. It addresses common welding problems such as low speed and inconsistent quality.
 

The water tank welding machine body is made of high-strength, wear-resistant steel, providing resistance to impacts and corrosion in the workshop. At its core is the electrolyzer, designed for optimized performance. High-purity plates and a potassium hydroxide electrolyte improve ionization efficiency, ensuring stable gas production and industry-standard gas purity. Clean gas prevents defects such as holes or impurities in welds.

The machine includes a specialized hydrogen-oxygen torch that allows precise temperature control. The nozzle holes are calibrated, and the operator can adjust the flame shape, providing the appropriate flame for different materials and sizes.

This welding machine's key strengths are its smart controls and clean operation. Parameters can be set based on material type, such as copper, aluminum, or thin enameled wire, and the flame size is adjustable, making the machine versatile for many applications.
