Water Cooled Welding Machine

The LQJN-H8000 is a water cooled welding machine. It is designed specifically for steel plate cutting in the iron and steel industry, with safety as a top priority. The machine requires only pure or distilled water as fuel. It has a rated power of 26.3 kW and operates on stable 380 V electricity. Gas output is adjustable from 0 to 8,000 liters per hour, and the flame temperature reaches 2800°C, allowing efficient cutting of carbon steel plates.

Weighing 700 kg, it features a stable, compact design that fits well in busy workshop environments. The machine uses proven water electrolysis technology to convert water into hydrogen-oxygen fuel, replacing high-pressure gases such as acetylene and propane, thereby eliminating safety risks associated with traditional fuel sources.

The machine is suitable for various carbon steel thicknesses and can be used with manual, semi-automatic, or CNC cutting machines.
