Water Powered Welder

The LQJN-H10000 is a hydrogen-oxygen water welder designed for ampoule sealing in the pharmaceutical industry. It has a rated power of 30 kW and operates on 380 V electricity. The machine requires only pure water as fuel, consuming approximately 5.3 liters per hour. Gas output is adjustable from 0 to 11,000 liters per hour, and the hydrogen-oxygen flame reaches 2800°C.
It seals ampoules ranging from 1 ml to 50 ml. Measuring 1500 mm long, 910 mm wide, and 1990 mm high, and weighing 960 kg, the machine fits well on medicine production lines. It handles both large continuous production and small custom batches, addressing common issues in ampoule sealing, including weak seals and contamination risks. The machine is also suitable for quartz glass tube sealing, transformer copper busbar welding, copper tube welding, aluminum welding, furnace combustion, and steel cutting.

The water powered welder is built with materials that meet strict industry standards, resisting corrosion and ensuring a clean welding process. The core electrolyzer features high-purity plates and uses potassium hydroxide solution as the electrolyte, producing hydrogen-oxygen gas with over 99.9% purity. Tiny traces of electrolyte and moisture are removed from the gas, preventing contamination during sealing.
The machine includes a specialized sealing torch with a micro-flame focus design. The nozzle is precisely calibrated to focus the flame on the ampoule tip edge, allowing precise, localized melting and sealing. This ensures strong seals while preventing high heat from damaging the ampoule or the medicine inside.

The water powered welder offers precise flame control and safety. Operators can adjust the flame size for different ampoule materials, such as glass or quartz, and for varying wall thicknesses. Burn time is controlled to ensure even heating, producing crack-free seals that meet long-term storage standards.

For safety, gas is produced on demand, eliminating the need for high-pressure cylinders. Hydrogen-oxygen combustion produces only water, preventing contamination of the medicine or production area. The machine connects directly to workshop water and electricity. With an automatic sealing holder, it can process large batches efficiently, improving both speed and seal consistency.
