H2O Welder

The LQJN-H8000 industrial-grade H2O welder is a hydrogen-oxygen water welder designed for large-scale plate cutting in the iron and steel industry. It is built for high-intensity, heavy-duty work and requires only pure or distilled water as fuel. The machine has a rated power of 26.3 kW and operates on a stable 380 V system. Gas output is adjustable from 0 to 8,000 liters per hour, producing a high-temperature flame of 2800°C that cuts thick carbon steel plates efficiently.

Weighing 700 kg, it features a well-planned, compact design that fits easily on production lines and in large workshops. The machine uses proven water electrolysis technology to convert water into clean hydrogen-oxygen fuel, replacing traditional, high-risk, and expensive chemical gases. This provides steel companies with a stable, efficient, and cost-effective solution for large-scale cutting operations.

The machine frame is constructed from high-strength industrial steel, welded and reinforced for stability. It resists bending, dust, and vibrations in busy workshop environments. The electrical system uses industrial-grade flame-retardant insulation, with a reliable power supply and precise controls, allowing the machine to operate safely 24 hours a day. Water consumption is low, at just 4 liters per hour, reducing material costs for large-scale production while balancing durability and efficiency.
