Hydrogen-Oxygen Generator Maintenance and Care

With technological advancements, modern intelligent hydrogen-oxygen generators offer greater automation and longer lifespan in their maintenance and care. Core components, such as the electrolyzer (using precious metal and alloy electrode plates), are designed for a lifespan of over 10 years. The intelligent control system supports full-process voice broadcasting, dynamic screen display, automatic fault protection and repair, remote control, and timed operation, supporting long-term continuous operation. The equipment is equipped with a differential pressure automatic water supply system, which can be connected to a water pipe for continuous water supply, eliminating the need for frequent manual operation. A built-in multi-stage water and gas purification system (such as PP fiber, activated carbon, RO membrane, etc.) effectively ensures gas purity and low moisture content, reducing maintenance needs due to gas impurities.

 

1. Under normal circumstances, drain and replace the electrolyte in the machine every six months. If the machine is operating normally (no change in gas production), maintenance is required once a year. For cleaning and electrolyte replacement procedures, please refer to Chapter Fourteen.

 

2. Regularly check the internal pipe joints for looseness or leaks. Method: Simply close the gas valve of the gas-using equipment or directly block the gas outlet on the rear panel. Bring the pressure gauge pointer to the overpressure setting value (generally 0.19 MPa) and check if it drops after 5 minutes. If it does, the machine is leaking gas; if not, the machine is functioning normally, and any leaks need to be re-tightened and sealed.

 

3. Regularly clean the power supply and the entire machine with dry compressed air.

 

4. Periodically check the operation of the solenoid valve inside the machine, specifically whether the water filling solenoid valve exhibits normal magnetic attraction when the water filling indicator light is on.
