O2 H2 Generator

This O2 H2 generator is built for fast response and on-demand gas production. In addition to steel cutting, it also performs motor lead welding, enameled wire welding, and transformer copper bar welding.

The main body is constructed from high-strength, wear-resistant steel. Key gas-producing components receive special surface treatments to resist rust and handle frequent starts and stops without damage. Inside, quick-response liquid level sensors and other monitoring systems ensure stable operation. The machine performs automatic water calibration at startup, and the auto water-fill system maintains water levels without interrupting production.

The O2 H2 Generator have been optimized for faster response, allowing gas production to react up to 30% quicker. Connections use special sealing methods: changing the burner only requires tightening a screw to ensure a leak-proof seal. Safety is a priority. The generator includes three types of flashback protection - physical, electronic, and specialized materials - along with a certified safety valve, sensitive gas alarm, and continuous temperature and pressure monitoring.
