Hydrogen-Oxygen Generator Testing Methods

Feb 10, 2026

The LHO-300 series high-purity hydrogen and oxygen generator can be used in laboratory analysis and testing departments in petroleum, chemical, coal, power, and universities. This equipment consists of an electrolytic separation cell, switching power supply, pressure control, gas condensation and drying, drying and purification, trace dust treatment, low-liquid alarm, and flow display systems. Its electrolytic separation cell has a barrel-type structure, allowing for simultaneous liquid storage, hydrogen production, and oxygen production. It features a large electrolysis area, low cell temperature, and a backflow prevention device to prevent liquid backflow.

The main technical parameters include a power supply voltage of 220V 50Hz, a maximum power of 150W, an ambient temperature of 0-40℃ and a relative humidity of %, environmental conditions requiring no large amounts of dust or corrosive gases, a gas purity ≥99.999%, an output flow rate of 0-300ml/min for hydrogen and 0-150ml/min for oxygen, an output pressure of 0.3Mpa for hydrogen and 0.2Mpa for oxygen, dimensions of 370×180×360mm, and a weight of approximately 16Kg. The instrument produces gas simply by turning on the power switch; when the pressure reaches the set position, the gas production will vary according to the gas consumption, with a stable output pressure and flow rate displayed by an LED digital display; daily use requires replenishment with distilled water, and it can be used continuously or intermittently; it is equipped with a gas condensation and drying device and a gas trace dust treatment device; hydrogen and oxygen are equipped with separate vent valves; it integrates liquid storage, electrolytic hydrogen production, and oxygen production; it has a gas condensation device; and it has a low liquid alarm device to aid in instrument maintenance.
