1. The external power supply for this machine is three-phase four-wire 380V. Failure to connect the neutral wire will prevent the machine from operating, and operation with a single phase loss will damage the machine.
2. Use purified water. Long-term use of unfiltered tap water may clog the pipes. Using purified water is recommended to extend the machine's lifespan.
3. The operating environment temperature should be 0-40℃, with good ventilation. Do not operate in a confined space.
4. This machine requires a power grid with good lightning protection. Otherwise, shut down the machine and disconnect the power in case of a lightning strike.
5. Do not wash the inside of the machine with water. Only use a clean cloth or compressed air to clean the dust inside.
6. When operating the machine, smoking or other sources of ignition are prohibited within 5 meters of the machine. If the gas outlet or other parts of the machine catch fire, simply turn off the power immediately (the fire will automatically extinguish once the remaining gas inside the machine has burned out).
7. The working medium of this machine contains a low concentration of potassium hydroxide (KOH) solution. If accidentally splashed into the body, immediately rinse with vinegar. If it gets into sensitive areas such as eyes, rinse with clean water and seek medical attention immediately. Therefore, users should always keep several bottles of edible vinegar on hand in case of emergency.
8. Do not overload the IGBT inverter power supply. The onboard power supply has been factory-adjusted to its maximum allowable current; users should not arbitrarily change its maximum value.
9. Do not use excessively high voltage. Excessive external power supply voltage will directly damage the onboard IGBT inverter DC power supply (generally, it operates normally at 380V±10%). If the on-site voltage is high, an external voltage regulator can be used to stabilize it to 380V±10%.
10. If the power supply is overloaded for a period of time, the machine will automatically protect itself. Immediately turn the current adjustment knob to the minimum. After the fan cools the internal components of the power supply, it can operate normally again. However, when using it again, do not adjust the gas output to the previous level to avoid overloading again. 11. When the water level in the auxiliary water tank is low, the water filling indicator light will illuminate while the buzzer will sound continuously, prompting you to add purified water (not electrolyte) to the auxiliary water tank. At this time, you should immediately add purified water to the auxiliary water tank until the water filling indicator light goes out.
