1. The electrolyte level will decrease after a period of use. If insufficient gas pressure is found during normal use, distilled water can be added to maintain the normal operating level. Do not add mineral water, as it contains other minerals that will affect the normal operation of the machine. (Electrolyte powder needs to be added for the first use).
2. After preparing the electrolyte for the first use, simply add water as needed during subsequent use. Replace the electrolyte approximately every 3 months for better performance.
3. When adding or changing water, first turn off the flame gun and power supply, then turn the flame gun switch on. After all remaining gas in the machine has been expelled, slowly loosen the water filling nut and add distilled water to the level not exceeding the "high" mark and not falling below the "low" mark. Tighten the nut and restart the machine.
Note: Before use, ignite the flame and turn on the power switch. The machine will produce gas. When the gas pressure reaches 0.13 MPa, open the flame gun regulating valve to purge the air from the gas pipe before igniting. After use, to extinguish the flame: either close the regulating valve (the flame will extinguish automatically) or open the regulating valve to extinguish the flame with the gas inside the machine, and then turn off the power.
4. When adding water or alcohol to the filter canister, the welding torch flame must be extinguished first. Then, use the welding torch nozzle to purge any remaining gas inside the machine. Only after confirming that all gas has been purged can the filter canister be opened for operation. The water or alcohol in the filter canister should not exceed half its capacity. Adding too much may cause water or alcohol to enter the gas pipe and welding torch, affecting the normal operation of the welding machine.
5. Water accumulation in the hose will cause the flame to turn yellow; it should be drained promptly.
6. Check that there are no leaks at the hose connections.
7. Do not place any metal objects or liquids on the machine to avoid short circuits and other safety problems.
8. When adjusting or changing the electrolyte, please take appropriate safety precautions. The electrolyte is non-toxic but corrosive and can burn the skin and eyes. If it comes into contact with the skin, immediately rinse with water or seek medical attention.
9. The control circuit of this machine adopts a fully enclosed design. Do not disassemble it without our factory's guidance.
