1. Pour approximately 1.0 kg of distilled water into the solvent container. Slowly pour in 0.2 kg of electrolytic powder (sodium hydroxide) to dissolve (water to electrolytic powder ratio 5:1). Stir slightly; heat will be generated during dissolution. Allow to cool naturally for about 20 minutes before use.
2. Unscrew the solution filling nut and slowly add liquid to below the "high" level. Tighten the nut.
3. Loosen the alcohol filling tank and slowly add alcohol to half the container's capacity. Tighten the alcohol tank.
4. Connect the power supply and turn on the machine. The power indicator light will illuminate, the fan will run, there will be a noticeable odor at the outlet, and the pressure gauge will show an indication, indicating that everything is normal.
5. Connect the hose and flame gun, attach the outlet, and open the spray gun valve. Ignite with an open flame.
6. Shutdown procedure: Directly turn off the flame gun, then turn off the power switch. Then open the flame gun valve to purge any remaining gas from the machine before closing the valve.
