Our Electrolysis Water Machine, model LQJN-H1000, is versatile and suitable for a wide range of applications. It is ideal for jewelry making, pharmaceutical ampoule sealing, quartz glass tube closure, motor lead welding, enameled wire welding, transformer copper bar joining, and wax repair.
The machine can handle large wax patterns, repair complex mold shapes, and fix small flaws in precision wax components. It uses only water as fuel: water is converted into a hydrogen-oxygen mixture via electrolysis. This fuel burns with focused heat, overcoming the limitations of traditional tools that struggle to adapt to diverse tasks. The LQJN-H1000 provides a one-stop solution for workshops with multiple workstations.
 

This Electrolysis Water Machine runs on pure or distilled water, with no chemical fuels required. This reduces material costs and minimizes environmental impact.
The electrolysis unit generates gas steadily and efficiently. The machine is compact, measuring 550 × 590 × 795 mm and weighing 92 kg, making it easy to move between workstations without taking up much space. It operates on standard 220V power (50Hz or 60Hz) and has a rated power of 3.5 kW, providing reliable performance while remaining electrically safe.

The machine produces gas at an adjustable rate from 0 to 1100 liters per hour. Users can set the output based on wax thickness and the area being repaired. Water consumption is low at 0.52 liters per hour, reducing operating costs over time. Gas is generated on demand, eliminating the need for cylinder replacement and allowing continuous repair and welding operations.
